Birthday Week

Always claim to celebrate birthWEEK instead of birthday.
thou my family and my dear didnt greet me on the actual day itself. i know they do love me.
have plenty of frens who was willing to spend time w me on this special date of mine!
u all made me forget about the loneliness far away from home.

touched down in melbourne, i met tohnern & pohsee, as well as their frens. the bar that they wanted to bring me to was closed for specail function. in the end, we went to 'the apartment' for a drink.


next morning, took the train w emily to meet others.
we went to mornington and had a lot of fun there.
u know, kok hwang is always full of funny nonsense jokes. and this time, becoz of the longer stay, i get to spend more time with them. o it was their 1st time to mornington too! great trip.


this is the strawberry farm! met yeong luoh here. what a small world.


on th 9th. captain called to D5L, "carie is wanted in the cockpit". he started off my day w a bday greet at 0002 hrs, and a packet of cherry liquour chocolates bought fr melbourne. love the phrase "...the day at 36,000 ft at 83 times the speed of sound and somewhere over australia." so touching. working on the birthday is not so bad afterall! hehe..

10 minutes w my dearest yanling. thanks to gayna who ordered her to give me a bday candle. haha. i waited for her for so long becoz of this surprise! we had fun taking photo. o ya i met her bf, finally! i think he is a nice guy :)


next, to ceneileisure ktv. the last time i sang was like 5 mths ago? oo i love singing. another favourite cake to make a wish! guess wat, the wish came true after 2 days. i was checking out the roster, and pretty satisfied w it as i get to celebrate CNY w my family again!! ekeke


the next day? pong's arrival!!!!! i didnt hav enough sleep, therefore, was really ot of mind. was suppose to bring them for shopping, who knows i bought more than they did. hahaha. we hadja panese dinner at east coast park. meeting w chioubu is always relax and meaningful. ya we all miss those days, those college days, worry free days, makan days, assignment days... miss...


aaa.. another mel flt again! haha. this time, i met emily only. so tat we could spend more precious time together, tok heart to heart, and 'zzzz' together! hahah. im seeing her more than i see my msia dears.. hope u dont get bored, im goin there often until u r not lonely hor?!

Bungy Christchurch

Its end of winter season, beginning of spring. but the day i went out was extremely cold.
guess wat? i insisted to bungy jump this time. love to do extreme sports.
but still, sky dive feels better, haha.

on our way, we saw a lot of cute sheep. very cute. i wanted to take close up of them, but i scared them away. they all run like mad run until the backsight jumping so cutely. haha.


bought the fur fr the flea market for my babie king. he seems loving it!

had some great time w pals. ya, good time flies so fast.
i miss my family,
i begin to like children esp my little niece,
sharkfin, mom's cook, hokkien mee, nando's, popiah, chick kebab, tiramisu, purple cane;
no 'kl life i used to hav' but went home before 12 everynight,
i slept well eventhou it was just a thin mattress on the floor,
miss squeezing between mom & dad the night before i left,
spending tea n dinner time w lots of laughters and updates w my old frens,
catched movie w pong was really nice. thank u dear! (really long time nvr watch movie d),

Sydney Layover

Changed flt to do w yanling. luckily she didnt give away. we enjoyed our stay.

1stly, groceries, drystores, mcD (not nice)

then i met yannshuin and her gf. been working for 2 mths after he got his master. finally. he brought us to darling harbour for a wonderful dinner =))))


then we went to the beach, for some night shots. too bad both our camera cant capture a good night view. yanling said she can now tell others than she had been to s.y.d.n.e.y.


then we went to lunar park. you can still walk in eventhou everything was shut down.

then he fetched us to his office! URS, largest engineering firm worldwide. ya.. at night, nobody, scary tour. according to ys, aus welfare is very good, treat their employee like king and make ur workzone into a real comfortzone (at work). o! we were just pretending to play table tennis.


after that, we went to his uni as well as harry porter uni. keeke.


too short to enjoy. its my 1st time doing flight w my good fren after sny! i will gambate to change flt to do w my beloved. esp those resigning soon! ;)

been there done that
back fr cairo. im seriously very tan. burned by the uv.
almost ALL the building in cairo is brown color.
the city is so sandy.
another place that gives me 'india' feeling.
hotel is nice. love the gym and pool esp.
the housekeeper is over friendly.
the tourist the local tried to invite me dor drink.
everyone will 'try' u.
i kept looking at my DND sign to check whether i had place the wrong one.
but he kept knocking and knocking and insisted to clear my rubbish bin.
then started asking bout me. OMG. SCARY.
the room? no matter how i tune the aircon, its so freakingly cold.
i off the aircon and opened the balcony glass window.
and every 2 seconds i hear a HORN.
im serious!
there is no traffic lights here. even if they have, nobody will follow! haha.
food in cairo is same as greece and istanbul.
i had too much middle eastern cuisine this month.
went to the bazaar and had grilled chicken together w many house flies. lol.
and im having diarrhea now.
cum gastric. its coming back often.
tis job, is seriously a 'high maintainance' job.
most of the $ i will invest in my body after i quit.
i visit clinic every month in average.
so weak. so lost.
hope i will get well soon.
no more mc for me.

ppl travel w diff purposes. on my flt?

some ppl, happily travel for visiting and holidays;
some ppl, cant wait to go back home;
some ppl, rushing for an important appointment;
some ppl, just lost their love ones and flying home to attend sad funeral;
some ppl, anxiously praying for a safe journey;
some ppl, is sick and has to get cure oversea;
some ppl, get so tired and sick of traveling every now and then;
some ppl, hav no choice but to carry infant and children along the journey;
some ppl, force to be station in oversea for an important task;
some ppl, so nervous during take off and landing tat they been praying so hard;
some ppl, is missing somebody and cant wait to see that somebody;
some ppl, suffer from air sickness and counting down a long journey;
some ppl, so sweet to honeymoon with their loves;
some ppl, so glad that they clap their hands for a good landing;
some ppl, miss home so much and dun wish to study abroad;
some ppl, purposely demands for more than they expected;
some ppl, expecting the tip top customer services;
some ppl, encourage you to continue ur passion;
some ppl, is inconsiderate and never think out of the box;
some ppl, appreciate your help and very thankful for the service they received;

some ppl, said im different fr many ppl and that im enjoying my job, has the passion for service , always smiling no matter how busy the flight..
ya they know better. but sometimes i wud lose my patience.

but i, as a crew, would like to deliver u my best possible, so that your flight journey will be a pleasant and delightful one.. ^^

Santorini

Great companies.


the black sand beach. as u can see from the sky, its 1 pieace blue as it was very hot. heard that the black sand brings good luck and its good for skin. but its too hot to put on our body as mask. haha.

they promotes Oia as the best place to see sunset. but we didnt wait until sunset. too bad.
greece food taste bad. very dry and never feel full. but the frappechino was good thou.

next day we climb up to the blue volcano. the scene was awesome. blue blue sky, blue blue sea. 360 degree view. but it was really hot. im half malay and then became a real malay. lol.

thirasia island has got very nice view too. remember the last time i went to athens and been to 3 different islands? every island is unique and has its own attractions. here.. the donkey shits very very smelly. hah.

its a pink sky! i set my camera to sunset mood, but still kenot bid the real scene. its really beautiful.

it was the peak season and everything was arranged last minute. glad tat 8 of us join the trip. happy to organize tis fun outing. and all of us spent almost 500 euro in 2 days. ts worth it after all.

Nearly missed the flight back to athens. next day we told ifs bout it and he got shocked. how to operate if 7 crew were down and 1 tech crew was gone. hahaha.

im glad to be a cabin crew. the hard work i did brings me to the island of santorini.. ^^

Rainbows

glad to meet up with eeyin. she made my day. we went to chinatown and had vegetarian dishes. then took ferry to story bridge. had delicious fish and chips. most importantly, speak out my sorrows. =)

MELBOURNE

luckily juyuan cancel his dates and brought me to the zoo which i long been wanted to go.

on our way back, i saw 2 rainbows. very nice. very complete rainbow. they called it gold mine.

the last time we attent this was TEN years ago! i miss playing harmonica and guitar, i miss mr.lee nam saw, i miss all the camping and singing session during the jungle trip..


she begged me to go to poppy, i dragged along fanlee. haha.. we transformed into wild party animals!
