In 1987, Dr. Chen further advanced her research on preventive healthcare by establishing E. Dr Jau-Fei Chen was born in Taiwan and migrated to the US with her family when she was 10. She was one of the youngest graduate at Brigham Young University, USA, graduating with honors as class valedictorian at age 15. She received her Masters of Science degree in microbiology, with a minor in biochemistry.  At the age of 26, Dr Chen received her Doctor of Philosophy degree in microbiology, with an emphasis in Immunology.  She also taught Immunology at BYU for 5 years.

Dr. Chen's passion lies in cancer research, and that was when she realised that prevention is the best cure for any disease.  She discovered the answer to preventive healthcare in the science of Nutritional Immunology.

• Dr Chen and her husband were invited to a special Chinese New Year dinner with President Bill Clinton and Vice President Al Gore.
