Dee is working in training department now and she told me that there is another email from a passenger. Its nice to know that people appreciated your extra effort ;) so far i know i have gotten a few sincere compliment letters yet i never get the chance to read them. none of them. so sad..

i remember there was one letter from the UA ex flight attendants on the beijing flight. i am still hoping to read what is in the letter as they insisted that i should read it. but.. it has been ages. sigh.

I am certain i never complimanted anyone's eye lashes before you. it was good meeting you on the plane and maybe we could get to know each other better.

I also noticed how kind you were with everyone especially the older woman who required assistance, dont say that is your job because i could tell you would do it anyway.

where do you fly and where do you stay. i am based in perth at the moment but travel throughout the asia pacific region.
